  • Pendidikan SMK Teknologi dan Industri / SMA IPA
  • Memiliki SIO forklift yang tersertifikasi Kemnaker ( bukan SIO Internal )
  • Pengalaman sebagai operator forklift min. 1 tahun
  • memiliki sertifikat vaksin lengkap / vaksin kedua.
