Job Description

At Flip we’re seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an IT Support Intern. In this role, you will gain valuable hands-on experience in various IT support functions.

What you’ll do:

  • Handle document management tasks, including printing, scanning, and filing
  • Prepare and manage agreement documents
  • Conduct IT asset inventory and management
  • Coordinate with external vendors for IT and general administrative services
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance
  • Assist with new employee onboarding
  • Support IT team in maintaining hardware, software, and systems
  • Contribute to IT projects

What you’ll need:

  • Final year student or recent graduate in IT or any related field
  • Basic IT support experience is a plus
  • Good English communication skills
  • Proficiency in computer devices and printers
  • Familiarity with Windows OS and MacBook is preferred
  • Willingness to work full-time in the office (Depok or Jakarta)
  • Available for a minimum 3-month internship
