1. People Management Apprenticeship

Job Description

• Being the coordinator in the process of learning & development
• Create learning modules based on UT’s business
• Participate in other people development programs, such as corporate cultural events
• Project based apprenticeship for 6 months

Requirements

• Majoring in psychology, management, or industrial engineering
• Passionate in field of human resource management
• GPA minimum 3.3
• Have exceptionally good skill of project management, analytical thinking, and interpersonal skill
• Open for final semester student who is not participating in the Kampus Merdeka internship program, fresh graduates, or experienced professionals
• Full WFO at UT’s Head Office in Jakarta
• Paid apprenticeship

2. Event Organizer Apprenticeship

Job Description

• Being the assistant in the process of planning and organizing event
• Coordinate logistics, vendors, event promotion, and all the on-site support during event
• Ensuring all event activities run smoothly and according to plan until assist in post – event evaluations and reporting
• Project based apprenticeship for 4 months

Requirements

• Majoring in management, communication studies, public relations, industrial engineering, or related fields
• Passionate in field of managing event dan creatively generate new ideas
• Have exceptionally good skill of project management, communication, time management, teamwork, multitasking, and interpersonal skill
• GPA minimum 3.0
• Experienced in campus organizations or relevant extracurricular activities
• Open for final semester student who is not participating in the Kampus Merdeka internship program, fresh graduates, or experienced professionals
• Full WFO at UT’s Head Office in Jakarta
• Paid apprenticeship
