Basic Development Program (BDP) is a Speciallt Designed Program for newly graduated future leaders. This program prepares young leaders by preparing all required competencies to be successfull at their career.

  1. Basic Development Program (BDP) – Agronomy
  2. Basic Development Program (BDP) – Engineering
  3. Basic Development Program (BDP) -Administration

Agronomy Assistant

  • Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy/ Agriculture/ Soil Science/ Forestry/ Agrotechnology

Engineering Assistant

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering/ Electrical Engineering/ Automotive Engineering

Administration Assistant

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics/ Accounting/ Management/ Finance

General Qualification

  • Maximum age is 25 years old
  • Minimum GPA 3.00
  • Fresh graduate or maximum 2 years of experience
  • Willing to undergo basic development training
  • Willing to be place in Central/ West Kalimantan
