Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting or relevant fields
  • Minimum of 1 year working experiencce as Payroll personnel
  • Technical proficiency: strong knowledge of payroll software, Systems, and tools
  • Proficient in regulations related to income tax (Pph 21), BPJS Kesehatan, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, as well as compensation and benefits
  • Proficient in Ms Office (Excel, Word)
  • Ability to analyze complex data, generate reports, and make data driven decisions
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in handling payroll data and transactions
  • Strong problem solving skills and ablity to address and resolve payroll issues efficiently
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity
  • Able to communicate in English
