Lowongan Kerja Warehouse Admin PT HLI Green Power – Karawang
Tanggung Jawab:
- Daily data input of spare part inbound and outbound
- Carry out data processing using excel formulas
- Present reports to direct users on data that has been processed
- Monitor the accuracy of spare parts stock data (Actual Vs System)
- Create weekly and monthly report of spare part stock
- Carrying out weekly and monthly stock taking spare parts ( sampling)
- Arrange product according to predetermined standards and understand FIFO system warehouse management
- Ensure the accuracy of the quantity and type of product to be sent to users
- Delivery spare part to each users site in factory
- Create purchase request for ordering sparepart to procurement department
- Carry out inspection of every inbound spare part item from vendor and repair spare parts from users
- Collect and manage delivery note (DN) from suppliers
- Carry out control of the disposal spare parts item for vendor and repair spare parts from users
- Ensure the 3R5S is in good condition in the spare part warehouse
- Ensure the feasibility of the function of facilities and infrastructure in spare part warehouse room
Persyaratan:
- Minimum SMK from major in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Mechantornic
- Have a minimum 2 years experience as Warehouse Spare Parts admin
- Have the ability to report and process data with excel
- Able to data processing with complex formulas such as Vlookup, Pivot table etc
- Good understanding technical drawing
- Have good knowledge about warehouse management system
- Have experience using SAP system will be an advantage
- Have experience work in a companythat has bonded area (Kawasan Berikat) will be advantage
- Having SIO for forklift will an advantage
