Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring internet network for HO & Branch servers (internet Uptime).
  • Follow up to the ISP if having problems getting connected to a network.
  • Ticketing.
  • Troubleshooting store problems & POS application problems via remote.

Requirements:

  • SMK (Computer Engineering and Networks/TKJ).
  • Male, max 27 years old.
  • At least 1 year experience in related position.
  • Willing to be placed at Depok, Jawa Barat.
