Requirements

• Bachelor degree majoring in Psychology or Industrial Engineering (Active student or fresh graduate are welcome)
• Capable to use Ms Office
• Interest and have knowledge in the field of human resource especially organizational development
• Active in organization or committee
• Good interpersonal communication skills

Job Description:

• Analysis & Problem Solving PA Unit
• Collect data & analysze BTU Machine
• Report Corective (MTTR)

2. Maintenance Intern

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering
  (Active student & Fresh graduate are welcome)
• Interest in Human Resource Management field, especially in
  Organizational Development
• Proficient in Ms Office
• Active in organization and able to work in team or individually
• Willing to do internship for 6 months.

3. Social Mapping Intern

Job Description:

• Implement CSR activities.
• Analyze and prepare reports on CSR activities
• Recommend CSR implementation models for the community

Requirements:

• Bachelor/Diploma degree majoring in Social or Communication
  (Active student or Fresh graduate are welcome)
• Familiar and understand the regulations, standards, and program
  related to social mapping.
• Capable to make flow charts in Ms. Excel & Ms. Word
• Able to workin a team

4. Product Planning Control Intern

Job Description:

• Collect and Monitoring OFD data
• Develop a platform for recording historical production costs.
• Collect daily cost movement data for each Pro.
• Monitor the material supply dashboard 3
• Analyze and implement improvements in production and cost
  control areas

Requirements:

• Bachelor/Diploma degree in any IT-Related major (Active student or Fresh graduate are welcome).
• Proficient in data analysis and basic programming.
• Capable to using Ms Excel.
• Proficient in programming software (dashboard)
• Able to work in a team.

5. Painting & Assembly Intern

Job Description:

• Support manufacturing department project in painting & assembling
• Collect, process, and analyze paint & assembly process data

Requirements:

• Min Diploma or Bachelor degree in Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering (Active student & Fresh graduate are welcome)
• Understand Manufacturing Flow Process & Sigma Process
• Able to operate calculations and data processing in Ms. Excel
• Active in organization and able to work in team
• Willing todo internship for 6 monthh

General Requirements:

• Undergraduate students or freshgraduate from any major
• Good communication skills
• Familiar to use Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
• Detail-oriented and able to work well under pressure
• Available for 6 months of internship with a WFO arrangement
• Location: Cikarang, Indonesia
