Kualifikasi :

  • Pendidikan minimal S1 Psikologi/Manajemen SDM
  • Pengalaman di bidang learning & development (Fresh Graduated are welcome to apply)
  • Memahami mengenai Alat Test Psikologi & talent management (job analysis, talent pool, job design)
  • Memahami teknik membuat dan melakukan training / TNA
  • Memiliki pengetahuan dasar ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001
  • Dapat menghandle audit internal & eksternal
  • Pernah menjadi Trainer
  • Sudah vaksinasi dosis 3
  • Bersedia di tempatkan di Delta Silicon 3, Lippo Cikarang
